Lead Software Developer:
Provide strategic and technical direction to software developers. Will be responsible for the project development and schedule. Establish goals, negotiate project commitments and develop project plans. Coordinate the formulation and definition of technical scope and objectives in collaboration with subject matter experts. Represent the company before contractors, suppliers, customers and other parties as required. Monitor, measure, and report project progress to management. Lead designing, building, and implementing software solutions including Business Process Management (BPM) solutions using Oracle BPM software (Oracle BPM 11g) and other related tools. Advise, coach, and assist in the design, build, and implementation of business process automation solutions using Oracle SOA Suite technologies. Assist in the development of technical and documentation standards. Assist team members with technical questions and decision making. Use a variety of software tools and technologies including Oracle SOA/BPM 10g/11gSuite, Java, J2EE, JavaScript, JavaSwing, ADF, JDeveloper, Oracle Retail/Retek, Eclipse, AJAX, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, Oracle Database, MySQL, WebLogic/Websphere Servers and UML. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Application Developer, Programmer or Analyst/Developer, or related. Experience must include use of Oracle SOA/BPM, Java, J2EE, JavaScript, JavaSwing, ADF, JDeveloper, Oracle Retail/Retek, Eclipse, AJAX, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, Oracle Database, MySQL, WebLogic/Websphere Servers and UML.
Database Administrator:
Perform all aspects of database administration including RAC Installation, configuration, upgrades, capacity planning, performance tuning, ASM management, backup and recovery. Design Logical and Physical database. Perform application optimization including performance tuning, query optimization and supportability. Troubleshoot Database, software and related systems. Perform replication, LogShipping and Database Mirroring. Complete changes, adds, deletes as required in accordance with established guidelines. Adhere to established disaster recovery policies and procedures including, but not limited to backups, configuration/ change management, and database documentation. Implement and maintain database security. Create, Maintain and audit users, Roles and Privileges. Upgrade different versions of databases and apply critical patches. Restore and recover database using RMAN and perform backups. Create databases (manually and using DBCA) and automate the backups using RMAN integrating with TSM (Tivoli Storage Manager). Automate scripts that take back up of the users, profiles in database. Perform migration of databases between different Operating system Platforms. Configure Oracle auditing and generate reports for the audit. Maintain advanced Oracle replication by using streams. Develop Shell Scripts for Automating Database related Jobs.
Software Developer:
Perform requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, configuration, installation, deployment, and implementation of the systems and applications. Also work onsystem/application upgrade, modification, customization, troubleshooting and maintenance, documentation, and reports-generation. Interact with business users. Perform troubleshooting of operating problems. Provide production support. Perform database design as needed. Utilize a variety of programming languages, technologies, software tools and platforms such as ASP.Net, C#,VB.Net, JavaScript, VBScript, VSS, Share Point Server, SQL Server, Oracle, XML, Windows XP, IIS Server, and .Net framework. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, or any science subject and 24 months of experience as software engineer, project engineer, application engineer, or software development. Will accept single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas, professional credentials and/or professional experience determined to be bachelor's equivalent by a qualified evaluation service. Must be proficient in all phases of software development life cycle. QA Tester Position
Job Title:
SR Software QA Analyst, full time position
Duties:
Work on application development and system integration projects. Responsibilities will cover test planning, test execution, defect tracking and reporting including follow up and issue resolution. Develop and execute test cases and plans for Functional, Performance, Stress and Regression testing needs; communicate effectively to insure that all testing needs are being assessed and addressed to insure products meet or exceed performance targets; Document all QA result and concerns as well as communicate to software QA manager and work to resolve any issues; participate in planning all testing activities accordingly to ensure on time deliverables are met.
Requirement;
B.S. and 5 years or equivalent in computer science, engineering, science or related filed.
